These policies will aid users determine how Mark Grieves Art fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via the payment processor Stripe.
Fulfillment Policy
All illustrations, prints and original paintings displayed in the shop are the creation of Mark Grieves and should not be copied, reproduced, used or modified without my knowledge and written agreement. The purchase of any print or original painting does not transfer reproduction rights. The website and all its content is owned by Mark Grieves Art and protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information on products, services and other content may not be copied or used without our prior written consent.
Purchase of the work grants the buyer ownership of the physical medium that contains the work but does not under any circumstances acquire the intellectual property (copyright and author's rights) of the work itself. Its reproduction and distribution is the exclusive right of the author; in this case of Mark Grieves Art.
Mark Grieves Art ensures that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the refund. Our products are priced in UK Pounds.
Delivery Policy
Orders will be shipped same day if possible but we aim to take no more than 3 (business days.)
Cancellations/ Refunds/ Returns/ Exchanges
Cancellations may be made up to 24hrs from purchase.
Refunds can be made up to 30 days of receiving goods, please note that 'One of a Kind' print returns will need to be received as they were sent out as they are original pieces of artwork. Any prints that are damaged in transit can be reprinted and a new cerificate will be issued thus voiding the damaged edition.
